HIT-AIR MLV2-P Mechanical Airbag Vest

The Hit-Air MLV2-P uses exactly the same construction as the MLV2-RC with all the latest technical upgrades in the range. It offers full spinal protection from the neck to the coccyx while also reinforcing the chest and abdomen areas. The difference is the colour: this model comes in fluorescent yellow for maximum visibility day and night.

Always worn over your motorcycle jacket, the MLV2-P features an integrated back protector, memory foam panels on the sides of the torso and a semi-flexible shell around the cartridge to protect it from external impacts.

The mechanical system remains simple and reliable: fix a lanyard to a stable point on the bike (often under the seat), then connect the vest cable just before riding. When you stop, disconnect the cable to avoid accidental activation.

The system has been optimised with fast deployment between 90 and 160 ms depending on the size. And as always with Hit-Air, there’s no need to return the vest after activation. Simply replace the 60cc cartridge, close the snap buttons and you’re good to go again.

The MLV2-P comes ready to use: integrated cartridge, lanyard, rearming kit, cover and manual. It adjusts via internal velcro waist strap and optional extensions can add up to 15 cm to chest and waist circumference.
