How can I track my order?
I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
Once your order is placed, we’re not able to make changes to the items or shipping details. If you’d like to remove or replace something, the best option is to cancel your order and place a new one.
You can cancel it as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just go to your account, open the Orders section, select the order you want to cancel, and click on Cancel request. A short explanation will help us process your request faster.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation. Go to the Orders section in your account, open the order you’d like to cancel, and click Cancel request. Let us know the reason, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
We’ll review your request as soon as possible and confirm the cancellation by email.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, give it a few minutes to arrive. If you still haven’t received anything after 5 minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
You can also check your account to see if your order went through.
If everything looks fine but you didn’t get a confirmation, feel free to contact us by email or through the chat.
One of the items in my order is missing. What now?
If something’s missing from your package, please let us know within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. After that, the order will be considered complete unless proven otherwise.
Make sure to send us clear photos of the package and its contents so we can take care of it quickly.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
If we sent you the wrong item, please email us within 30 days. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you the correct product as soon as possible.
Where can I download my invoice?
As soon as your order has been shipped, your invoice will be generated automatically. You’ll receive it by email, and it will also be available in your account.
Just go to the Orders section in your account, open the order, and click on Download invoice.
