How to return a product

Didn't fit like a glove? No worries, returns are easy!

To return part or all of your order, simply follow the steps below to create your return:

1. Enter the postal code from your delivery address and the original tracking number of your order. You can find the tracking number in the "Orders" section on your account details page or in the order confirmation email.
2. Select the reason for your return.
3. Carefully pack your item(s) to ensure they arrive safely.
4. Include the original packing slip that you received with your order inside the box, and clearly circle the item(s) you are returning.
5. Attach your return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

⚠️ Before confirming your return, please make sure you meet our return conditions.
Only new items in their original packaging with tags attached will be accepted.
