When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day.
All orders are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime from the Orders section in your account. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will appear in the order details.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, you can choose the In-store pickup option during checkout.
If the item is in stock, your order will be ready within one hour. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s available for pickup.
What if I’m not home when my package is delivered?
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will either attempt another delivery or drop off your parcel at a nearby pickup point. You’ll receive updates and instructions directly from the shipping provider by email or text message.
