NOLAN X-804 RS Ultra Carbon D.O.C. Helmet

The Nolan X-804 RS Ultra Carbon D.O.C. represents the ultimate expression of Italian racing know how. Developed for sport riding and track use, this full face helmet combines a carbon fiber shell, advanced aerodynamics and top level comfort, all with ECE 22.06 certification. Made in Italy, it is designed for demanding riders looking for precision, stability and lightness at high speed.

The helmet design is focused on pure performance, with an optimized rear shape that improves neck mobility, especially in a racing position. The removable Racetrack Aerodynamic spoiler enhances stability and riding comfort at high pace. The Carbon Fitting Racing Experience interior, fully removable and washable, offers an extremely precise fit thanks to the LPC and LAF systems, allowing the liner and padding to be adjusted to the rider’s morphology. The micro perforated Clima Comfort fabrics provide excellent thermal comfort, even during intense sessions.

In terms of equipment, the X-804 RS Ultra Carbon features an extra wide visor with Pinlock® included, an SVLS locking system that prevents accidental opening at high speed, and a highly efficient Racing Air Flow ventilation system. It is supplied with an additional silver iridium visor, ready for tear off use. The double D ring closure confirms its racing DNA, while the NERS emergency release system enhances passive safety. Like all Nolan helmets, it benefits from a 5 year manufacturer warranty.
