GERBING E-Liner Heated Jacket

The Gerbing E-LINER is a heated liner designed for men and women, made to slip easily under a motorcycle jacket thanks to its slim fit and lightweight, compressible build. It provides even heat across the chest, back, sleeves and collar for full upper body thermal protection.

Working in hybrid mode, it can be connected directly to your vehicle’s 12V battery or used with Gerbing portable batteries (sold separately). It uses patented Microwire Pro® technology, a network of stainless steel filaments coated with Teflon for fast (10 seconds), durable and perfectly distributed heating. Like all Gerbing heating elements, this system comes with a lifetime warranty.

Made of windproof softshell with nylon lining and Thinsulate insulation, the E-LINER provides excellent thermal comfort while remaining flexible and discreet under a motorcycle jacket. Stretch panels on the sides and sleeves give freedom of movement, and two practical outer pockets complete the package.

It integrates with the Gerbing heated ecosystem: connection ports in the sleeves let you plug in heated gloves, and another port in the pocket powers the liner.

Important:

• If you use older Gerbing 12V gloves (XR12, etc.), you’ll need the Portable Dual Temperature Controller Plus to adjust the temperature of the gloves and liner separately.
• If you combine heated liner and heated trousers, the same dual controller is required.
• For recent gloves with an integrated temperature control button (XTREME range), a Simple or Digital Controller is sufficient to control only the jacket.
