Where can I buy a Moto House gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased in store or online on our website.
In store, gift cards are always physical. Online, you can choose between a physical gift card sent by mail or an E-gift card sent by email.

How long is a gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. The validity period cannot be extended.
Where can I use my gift card and on which products?
Gift cards can be used both on our website and in our physical store, and they are valid on all products.
Can a gift card be used in multiple purchases?
Yes, the balance of the gift card can be used one or several times, both online and in store.
How can I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check your gift card balance from your customer account, in the Gift cards section.
Simply enter the gift card number. You can also link the gift card to your account so it is suggested for future purchases.
Are gift cards refundable or exchangeable?
No, gift cards are non refundable and non exchangeable.

How does a physical gift card purchased online work?
Once you choose the desired amount, the physical gift card is sent by mail, just like a regular order.
How does an E-gift card work?
You choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name and email address, as well as your own details and a personalized message if you wish. The recipient immediately receives an email with the code, amount, and validity date.
A copy is also sent to the buyer.
What if there is a mistake in the recipient’s email address?
Since the buyer receives a copy of the email, you can contact us quickly so we can correct the address if needed.
