The Scorpion EXO-520 Evo Air Terra is a versatile full-face helmet that blends comfort, practicality, and safety for both everyday rides and long-distance trips. Its injection-molded polycarbonate shell ensures solid protection and durability while keeping the weight at just 1600 g (± 50 g).

The KwikWick 2™ interior is soft, breathable, and machine-washable, offering lasting comfort and excellent moisture management. The cheek pads feature an emergency release system for safety, while the Airfit® system allows personalized adjustment through inflatable cheek pads for improved comfort and noise insulation. The KwikFit™ design makes it easy to wear glasses, and the helmet is pre-fitted for the Scorpion Exo-Com intercom (optional), which integrates neatly into the padding.

For clear vision in any condition, it comes with an included Pinlock® 70 MaxVision anti-fog insert. The visor system features Ellip-Tec™ II technology for quick, hermetic, and quiet operation, while the SpeedView™ internal sun visor retracts easily for instant protection from bright light.

Ventilation is optimized with a chin air intake, top vents, and rear extractors for efficient airflow and heat evacuation.
