SCORPION EXO-491 Code Helmet

The Scorpion EXO-491 Code is a full-face helmet designed to deliver safety and everyday practicality. Its injection-molded polycarbonate shell ensures strength and reliability while keeping the weight down to 1540 g (± 50 g).

The KwikWick® liner is hypoallergenic, soft, and machine washable, providing lasting comfort even on long rides. The KwikFit® system makes it easy to wear glasses, while the micrometric buckle offers quick and secure fastening.

For optimal visibility, the EXO-491 Code is Pinlock® ready (optional) to prevent fogging effectively. It also features a retractable SpeedView™ internal sun visor with EverClear® anti-fog coating, ideal for adapting instantly to changing light conditions. The Ellip-Tec™ mechanism allows fast, airtight, and perfectly sealed visor changes.

Ventilation is provided by a chin vent, top air intakes, and rear exhausts to maintain efficient airflow and remove heat. Certified ECE 22.06, this model combines comfort, safety, and practicality for your daily rides.
