How do I create an account?
Having an account makes everything easier. You’ll be able to track your orders, create a wishlist, check your order history, and save your delivery details for faster checkout. You’ll also get access to personalized advice and exclusive perks throughout the year.
To create your account, click the account icon at the top right of the site, then choose “Register”. You can also use this page: Create an Account.
Once you fill out the form, check your inbox to confirm your email and set your password. After that, your account is all set.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Lost your password?” on the login screen. We’ll send you a link to set a new one.
If you still know your current password but want to change it, go to your account, then Account Details.
How do I update my email address?
To change the email linked to your account, log into your account and go to Account Details. There, you can enter your new email and save the changes.
How do I change my shipping or billing address?
You can update your delivery and billing addresses anytime from your account.
Just log into your account, open the Addresses section, and choose the one you’d like to edit.
Can I view my past orders?
Yes, once you’re logged in, you can view all your previous orders in the Orders section of your account. Each order comes with details and tracking info when available.
Is it possible to delete my account?
Yes, if you ever want to delete your account, you can do it from the Delete my Account tab in your account dashboard. All your personal information will be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
