The Scorpion EXO-520 Evo Air Sensus is a versatile full-face helmet that combines comfort, practicality, and safety for everyday riding or long trips. Its injection-molded polycarbonate shell ensures strength and protection, with a weight of only 1600 g (+/- 50 g).

The KwikWick 2™ interior is soft, breathable, and machine washable, offering lasting comfort and excellent moisture absorption. The cheek pads include an emergency release system for first responders, and the Airfit® System allows for a customized fit thanks to adjustable air cushions, enhancing both comfort and sound insulation. The KwikFit™ system makes it easy to wear glasses, and the helmet is prepared for the Scorpion Exo-Com intercom (optional), discreetly integrated into the padding.

For clear vision, the included Pinlock 70 MaxVision® prevents fogging even in cold or humid conditions. The main visor, featuring the Ellip-Tec™ II system, allows for quick and perfectly sealed changes while reducing aerodynamic noise at high speed. The retractable SpeedView™ internal sun visor provides instant glare protection.

Ventilation is optimized with a chin intake, top vents, and rear extractors for efficient airflow and heat removal.
