The Hit-Air MLV2-P<\/strong> uses exactly the same construction as the MLV2-RC with all the latest technical upgrades in the range. It offers full spinal protection<\/strong> from the neck to the coccyx while also reinforcing the chest and abdomen areas. The difference is the colour: this model comes in fluorescent yellow<\/strong> for maximum visibility day and night<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Always worn over your motorcycle jacket<\/strong>, the MLV2-P features an integrated back protector<\/strong>, memory foam panels<\/strong> on the sides of the torso and a semi-flexible shell<\/strong> around the cartridge to protect it from external impacts.<\/p>\n

The mechanical system remains simple<\/strong> and reliable: fix a lanyard to a stable point on the bike (often under the seat), then connect the vest cable just before riding. When you stop, disconnect the cable<\/strong> to avoid accidental activation.<\/p>\n

The system has been optimised with fast deployment between 90 and 160 ms<\/strong> depending on the size. And as always with Hit-Air, there\u2019s no need to return the vest after activation<\/strong>. Simply replace the 60cc cartridge<\/strong>, close the snap buttons and you\u2019re good to go again.<\/p>\n

The MLV2-P comes ready to use<\/strong>: integrated cartridge, lanyard, rearming kit, cover and manual. It adjusts via internal velcro waist strap<\/strong> and optional extensions<\/strong> can add up to 15 cm to chest and waist circumference.<\/p>\n
